Experience with multispectral imaging and multidimensional analysis/statistics. Over a decade of experience in independent technical consulting and contracting -- ranging from computer programming & network system administration, to electronic circuit design & construction, and prototype development. Airport Manager for the City of Alamogordo, at the White Sands Regional Airport in New Mexico (2007 to present).

FAA Designated Pilot Examinier.Chief Flight Instructor and ground instructor at the Holloman Aero Club (1999-present). Previous U.S. Air Force Instructor Pilot. Adjunct Instructor for Embry Riddle Aeronautical University. Experience with a plethora of aircraft and copious civilian and military awards/recognition, including six world speed records over a recognized course in 1998.
